Front Counter Operations

A visit to an XP Laser Sport facility is a fun and exciting XPerience and it begins the moment our Guests check-in. By welcoming Guests upon arrival and providing them with the level of service that XP is known for, our Guests will XPerience the XP difference from the moment they arrive.

A Front Counter Team Member is responsible for all or part of these areas:

- Guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Cash Handling and processing payments
- Operating computer-based reservation and ticketing systems
- Answering Guest questions (in person and on the telephone)
- Standing for extended periods, sometimes working outdoors
- Cleaning and maintaining areas throughout the facility
- Strong knowledge of XP Laser Sport Frequently Asked Questions

Party Coach

One of the things that XP Laser Sport is known for is its Birthday Parties. The Party Coach is a key position in ensuring the success of every birthday event.

A Party Coach Team Member is responsible for all or part of these areas:

- Guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Cash Handling and processing payments
- Operating computer-based reservation and ticketing systems
- Standing for extended periods, sometimes working outdoors
- Cleaning and maintaining areas throughout the facility
- Strong knowledge of XP Laser Sport Frequently Asked Questions
- Strong knowledge of XP Laser Sport Party Packages and Pricing
- Answering Guest questions (In person and on the telephone)
- Assisting guests in photographing their birthday memories
- Operating Digital technology including: digital cameras and image fulfillment stations

Arena Referee

Laser tag is XP’s main attraction. The Referee is the key position in ensuring the success of everyone’s XPerience.

A Referee Team Member is responsible for all or part of these areas:

- Ensuring the well-being of our guests while they are playing laser tag
- Strong knowledge of XP Laser Sport game operations
- Operating computer-based attraction systems
- Standing for extended periods, sometimes working outdoors
- Cleaning and maintaining areas throughout the facility
- Strong knowledge of XP Laser Sport Frequently Asked Questions
- Answering Guest questions
- Basic Laser Tag Pack Maintenance
- Coaching Players and Teams to enhance the guest XPerience

Reservation Specialists create Guest XPeriences by determining the individual needs of our Guests and matching their wishes and desires with relevant XP Laser Sport products and services.
