Lisa-"Katana"- I started watching my kids play laser tag and realized what a positive experience it was for them. When XP Laser Sport opened in 1998 I got a part time job there since one of the benefits is free laser tag I was able to join leagues with my sons.

In 2002 when a full time position was available I left my full time job with a mortgage company to work around fun. The difference in company ethics was immense. XP's caring family environment was a more than welcoming change.

The LaserTron conferences, seminars, and Disney Institute training courses I have received through out my years with the company have been a tremendous help in my development. I feel that I make a difference in helping the company grow.
