Randy-"Bhodi Li" I have been actively involved in the laser tag industry for 20 years. I am currently the Assistant General Manager and Reservation Specialist. XP has given me second to none training opportunities. My training extends outside the walls of the store where I have gotten further training provided by LASERTRON and The Disney Institute all provided by XP Laser Sport. With the opening of future locations advancement potential is high.

I have worked for several companies before being employed at XP, none have even come close to the level of commitment to their staffs education, health, and family life as they do here. XP has a caring and supportive work environment where everyone's input is not only accepted, but also expected (where due credit is given to those ideas that are implemented). Scheduling is done with every attempt to allow the staff to have a life outside of the work place.
